start_quote Stayed here for 2 weeks Mar/Apr 2008 - my hubby and I and our 5 year old son. We have travelled all around the Caribbean and Mexico with our son since he was just a few months old. This is a great place if you have kids. Not the fanciest resort I've been to but if you're looking for a kid friendly environment with lots of activities (whether at the kids club or just as a family in general), the... end_quote

start_quote Although we enjoyed our holiday, I have stayed at resorts I like a lot better than this one for the price. Pros include short drive from airport, great kids club, several a la carte restaurants to give you a break from the buffet. Cons include very busy, lots of line ups, have to "reserve" your chair at the pool before 6 am, not much of a beach area, very rough ocean not great for swimming for c... end_quote

start_quote This hotel had everything we were looking for. The biggest minus here is the noise and the crowds. It was hard to get reservations in the ala carte restaurants but otherwise the service staff were great. The ocean was fun but there was no where to escape the sun on the beach. We unfortunely had a room above the lobby bar/snack area which was open all night with lots of noise coming from the la... end_quote

start_quote The hotel room was very nice but they advertise a bar fridge and cruise with gourmet dinner with the upgrade for honeymooners. These don't exist, only is your bar fridge stocked if you pay 50 U.S. dollars a day and the rest they no longer do. end_quote

start_quote Big Hotel, Lots of people around all the time, Family fun with kids, Party-like noisy atmosphere for fun-loving people - Don't look for peace and tranquility but definitely look for lots of sun - there aren't even any beach umbrellas or palapas on the beach. Reasonably good food - certainly won't make you sick. end_quote

start_quote This is a very nice property though needs some updating. The food was excellent! Staff was very friendly and helfpul, however, the pool bar/snack bar was understaffed. There was always a lineup of at least 6 to 10 people. Good tunes around the activities pool though a little loud. Great place for kids - lots going on to keep them busy! Would definitely return! end_quote

start_quote The hotel staff was excellent, everybody was very friendly, the a la carte restaurente were very good, specially the French restaurente, the mexican, the sea food, the italian and the steak, they were all very good and even if the hotel was at full capasity we never had any trouble to get reservation, drinks were very good, beer was Corona (we can not complain is the best mexican beer) lots of opt... end_quote

start_quote My husband and I, along with our 18mo old son booked last minute to go to Mexico and stay at the CPCC. When we arrived at the resort, we were expecting to be able to have a nap in our room, have a lunch then enjoy the ocean. We didn't know that the check-in time was 3:00pm. It was now 11:00am. Despite the fact that our nap had to be waylayed, the rest of the week was amazing! We ate at the a la ca... end_quote

start_quote The hotel itself is small and quaint and the beach area is good - although many of the lounge chairs are cracked or broken. We saw many small flaws in the building structure but it is a very clean hotel. I do not recommend rooms that are not facing the ocean - your view is of old buildings. Room service is fast and efficient. A key to your room safe is provided free of charge. The food is fa... end_quote

start_quote This was a great place for kids. We have three kids ages 1, 3, and 8. The 8 year old loved the kids paradise and was also allowed in the teen paradise in the morning from 9 to 11. He though it was great. When we got there there was no more standard suites so we got upgraded to the family suite. It had a king bed upstairs with its own bathroom and TV. The downstairs had a bunk bed with a pull ... end_quote

start_quote I don't know how anyone can have a bad review of this hotel! We have been to many all-inclusives throughout Mexico and we keep coming back to this one. We have three children (8, 10 and 13) and they LOVE the place. There are more luxurious places but the Crown Paradise has great hospitality and fantastic food. I agree that the drink cups are small (we bring our own travel mugs) but I don't know ho... end_quote
