Our family of four stayed in this wonderful resort for two weeks. The rooms were well cleaned and the maids attentive. Service in the bars and restaurants was outstanding. Dinner in the restaurants was excellant. Breakfast buffet was the same each morning, but there was enough variety that you could have something different each day. I signed my family up for a private tour of Paris with Aeon Tours. We had a fantastic time - our guide, Francoise, was wonderful. She met our (boisterous) group in our hotel lobby and brought us through the city center. The highlight of our tour was a walk through the catacombs, something I never even though of touring.

Excellent service and an overall very positive experience. There is no better way to see the city then from the comfort of a helicopter.
To all of the people who wrote terrible reviews of this resort, I would like to say if you expect a 5 star experience with everything an "American hotel" would have then pay the extra money and stay at one.
